INTRO BRANCH FLUTES STANDARD FLUTES MINI FLUTES WALKING STICKS

Our standard flutes are made partially with machines. We sometimes make them like we're doing on branch flutes, gouging the two halves of the bore first, then gluing them (like the oval flute below, all made by hand), but usually they are mostly made using the one piece method, thus without seam.
John is the master in this domain, and he is able to make a flute this way very quickly, using the method he've created, boring the bore is the raw piece of wood first, then shaping the outside with his old late. These kind of flutes are very strong and can take a lot of abuse.
