We ship from two different countries, depending where the flutemaker live.

So, during check out, choose the right shipping method, depending where the flute is coming from.

The switch from a country to the other is not automatic.

We send our creations by either USPS priority from USA,

or Canada Post Express from Canada,

offering both a tracking and a guarantee of delay (maximum 7 business anywhere).

Our shipping rates, for one flute, are the following:

From USA to USA : $8.50

From USA to Canada: $20

From USA to the World: $30

From Canada to Canada: $12

From Canada to USA: $25

From Canada to the World: $70

RETURNS:

Each of our creations is unique, made carefully by hand in our warm workshop, with all our care, love, and respect. Thus, each of them has its own caracteristics and magic, that we try to describe the best we can, with words, pics and soundfiles when possible. Choosing to buy from us is accepting this uniqueness. This said, we'll gladly accept a return (or repair) if a problem occur with our product, but not if you simply change your mind. So, please, feel free to ask us any question you want if you have a doubt before buying.
